• Update and maintain the company's database with accurate, current information from all business development activities.

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and external agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed on market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors.
• Plan and manage your diary and workload efficiently to meet targets and deadlines.
• Support team success by contributing to a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider business development function.

Experience & Skills Required

We're looking for someone who can bring the following:

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and update databases accurately.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
