We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established client within the home improvement industry, seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join their team in Ballycastle. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for home design particularly in kitchens and bathrooms this is a fantastic opportunity to further your career. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start, working five days per week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including alternate Saturdays. The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of £30,000£35,000 per annum, plus commission, dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store. Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice. Produce customer proposals. Process orders. Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets. Exceed sales targets and objectives. Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone. Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store. Develop a good understanding of all the product range and keep up to date with new products.
