Starting salary of ÂŁ27K Base + uncapped commission.

The Role: This is a high‑volume outbound B2B telesales role focused on generating qualified leads for insurance, lending or payment services. The role involves engaging new and existing business customers to identify their needs, create opportunities for quotations, and either connect them directly with our partners, complete an online form to arrange a call back or arrange an appointment for one of our field sales representatives to visit them.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing business customers to generate leads for insurance, lending and payment services.
Qualify prospects and either transfer calls to partners, complete online forms for callbacks or arrange appointments for a site visit.
Provide accurate information regarding our services and promotions when required to secure the lead or appointment.
Build and maintain a high‑quality pipeline of new business opportunities.
Work closely with our in‑house field sales team and external partners to deliver sales targets.
Accurately update company systems and complete reports in a timely manner.
Develop an in‑depth knowledge of the company’s systems, processes, products and services.
Experience
Previous experience in a customer‑facing role with relevant transferable skills.
Previous experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation role, preferred but not essential.
Evidence of a stable employment history.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer qualification techniques, preferred but not essential.
IT literate, with knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); essential.
Required Skills
