About the Role

As Sales & Growth Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering £800k in new business revenue.
  • Building and executing repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Personally prospecting, pitching, and closing multi-service retainers and projects.
  • Developing vertical strategies within e-commerce, professional services, and education.
  • Partnering with Marketing to create ABM campaigns, events, and content that raise brand profile and drive inbound leads.
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts, reporting, and 3× pipeline coverage in HubSpot.
  • Collaborating with Client Services, Product, and Delivery to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 7+ years’ experience selling integrated digital marketing solutions, within an agency.
  • Consistent track record of overachieving £1m+ annual new business targets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Paid Social, CRO, web builds, creative production, and software support models.
  • Established network within UK mid-market e-commerce, online services, or education sectors.
  • Commercially astute with expertise in value-based selling and ROI-led proposals.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience building and mentoring sales teams.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related sales tech.

Salary, Location & Benefits

  • Basic salary: £60–70k (DOE)
  • Six-figure package with uncapped commission and accelerators for overachievement
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in London office)
