The Client We are a growing SME energy consultancy with a strong track record in the energy brokerage market and an expanding consultancy offering. With an established client base and ambitious growth plans, we're now looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive the consultancy side of our business forward.
The Role This is a replacement role within a small but high-performing team of three. You'll be joining an established Business Development Manager who's already hitting targets, alongside a new BDM, and you'll take the lead in growing our consultancy services - covering compliance and tailored energy solutions.
This is an 80% sales / 20% leadership role, where you'll lead by example. You'll combine hands-on, consultative selling with guiding and supporting the team, ensuring our consultancy arm meets its ambitious goals. While there is an element of strategy, the priority is winning business and building strong, professional client relationships.
