Position Overview:
As the Sales Leader for the TASKI division in the UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for driving sales leadership, financial management, pricing and gross margin optimization, customer profitability, and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy. You will lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team, ensuring compliance with corporate standards while developing and implementing a service offering in collaboration with global leadership.
- Sales Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing business plans and strategies for the UK & Ireland. Build and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners. Identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Team Management:Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performance sales team. Utilize Salesforce.com to track, analyze, and improve team sales performance. Collaborate with colleagues from different departments to optimize coordination between sales and technical support functions.
- Collaboration with Marketing: to develop a Business Plan and a MKT Roadmap
- Collaboration with Engineering: to contribute to great customer experience
- Financial Management:Develop and execute financial strategies, manage P&L for UK & Ireland operations, implement cost-control measures, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Pricing and Gross Margin Optimization:Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to develop successful pricing strategies in collaboration with the global pricing team.
- Customer Profitability:Analyze customer profitability and implement overall customer value strategies. Implement customer segmentation for targeted marketing and sales efforts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with the sales team.
- Service Offering:Develop and implement a comprehensive service offering and deploy technical service support effectively to support revenue growth.
- Compliance and Corporate Standards:Ensure adherence to corporate standards, policies, and ethical business practices. Collaborate with internal teams to address issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Very Experienced in sales leadership work in a B2B organization in a sales setting, with a strong network in the UK & Ireland.
- Skills:Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce. Strong understanding of technology and curiosity to learn more about TASKI solutions.
- Eligibility:Eligible to work in the UK. Preferably someone who already lives and works in this market.
- Experience within the cleaning industry is considered as a strong plus.

- Leadership and change management:Proven experience as a key account/sales manager with strong leadership strengths. Ability to establish budgets, targets, goals, and business plans with the team.
- Hands-On Approach:Comfortable working hands-on and directly managing clients.
- Client Focus:Strong client focus with the ability to connect with various stakeholders, from sales reps to commercial directors.
- Team Player:Treats colleagues as equals and with respect, fitting well within the company culture.
- Motivation:Capable of motivating a team and building strong relationships. Responsible for steering sales outcomes in the right direction.
- Engaging Style:Professional and engaging, able to tell a compelling story and take clients on a journey to understand the value of Diversey solutions.
Overall Goal:Achieve higher revenue and profitability targets, maximize revenue and gross margins, and enhance overall customer value. Present to large groups and lead parts of global projects. Collaborate closely with the global TASKI leadership team, finance, and human resources to design and implement strategies.
