The Opportunity
Arup Digital Products (ADP) group develops and markets Arup’s products related to Ansys LS-DYNA (the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment). The Oasys business aims to strengthen its presence in Germany — a region of strategic importance, with a diverse range of automotive, industrial, and academic customers.
We are seeking an individual to lead our sales and support activities in Germany.
Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Being based in Germany or able to travel there regularly from the UK
- Representing Arup and the Oasys business
- Developing a business plan for growth in the region through new sales, expanding existing business, and collaborating with partners
- Visiting customers regularly to promote and support the company and its products
- Leading new sales activities and pursuing opportunities with new customers for Arup and Oasys
- Collaborating with existing partners, spending time at partner and customer sites
- Building relationships with potential regional collaborators

Is this role right for you?
Skills and Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience with the Oasys LS-DYNA Environment Suite, with the ability to demonstrate and support its use
- Commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute a regional business growth plan
- Automotive CAE experience is preferred
- Previous sales experience is an advantage
- Ability to articulate Arup’s strategy and Oasys plans for growth in Europe
