What you'll get Immediate start available Hybrid working What you'll do Manage and process petty cash payments Record and reconcile lodgements to multiple bank accounts Prepare journals Process and allocate direct debit and credit card transactions Assist with or undertake financial audits as required Produce ad hoc reports, investigations, or analysis to support decision-making. Liaise regularly team members, banks, and other external stakeholders About you Minimum 1 year's experience in a busy finance office, with knowledge of reconciliations and high-volume processing. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade C or above. Strong attention to detail, numerate, and able to meet tight deadlines independently. Excellent communication skills and a flexible, team-oriented attitude.
