You will work closely with the wider finance team and operational managers to ensure accurate and timely customer billing, collections, and reporting - playing a key role in maintaining cash flow and supporting continued growth. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable: Manage the accounts receivable inbox and respond to billing and payment queries in a timely and professional manner Accurately raise sales invoices and credit notes in the ERP system Allocate customer payments to ledger accounts Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
