Description
Maintain and update the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Process invoices and payments, adhering to established financial procedures. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Prepare and distribute financial reports related to the sales ledger. Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding account queries. Support the accountancy and finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.Profile
