Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer service and viewing teams to deliver exceptional support. Arrange and conduct client property viewings. Welcome clients professionally during visits and guide smooth, informative tours. Analyze feedback from viewings to identify service improvement opportunities. Develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing customer satisfaction. Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring follow‑up post‑viewing. Collaborate with sales, lettings, and property management to optimize the client journey.
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
Full UK driver’s licence and comfortable driving around London for property viewings. Legal right to work in the UK, proven via acceptable documentation (e.g. British/Irish passport or valid work visa). Minimum 3 years’ experience working in London’s residential or commercial real estate market. Proven experience in customer service management and team leadership. Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret customer data and feedback. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience coordinating and conducting property viewings. Real estate industry experience is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree related field.
