About the Role

Our clients are looking for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in Buckhurst Hill, Essex — someone who is confident, proactive, and committed to delivering a premium client experience.

This is a dual role in both sales and lettings, giving you the best of both worlds and the opportunity to maximise your earnings.

Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 basic- Car allowance

OTE: £50,000 – £60,000

Hours: Monday–Friday (9am–6pm), Saturdays (9am–3pm, with a day off in lieu)

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling high-quality enquiries across both sales and lettings
• Matching clients with their ideal properties
• Conducting professional, engaging viewings
• Managing negotiations and closing deals confidently
• Liaising with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and solicitors
• Driving transactions through to successful completion
• Delivering a white-glove service that sets us apart

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in residential sales or lettings
• A full UK driving licence
• Your own vehicle (This is non negotiable)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• An ambitious mindset and commitment to career development
• Excellent attention to detail and a natural customer-first approach
