The role

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our commercial business, directly contributing to Global Partnerships and ITV's success in media distribution.

You'll provide crucial administrative support across our Sales teams for Finished Programmes, managing a wide range of complex tasks from deal planning and administration to supporting client relationships.

The position requires strong technical and business application skills, as you'll regularly leverage different systems to support Rights and Licensing, Catalogue, Reporting and Data.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy of recording licenses and contractual obligations, working collaboratively with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.

This is a highly organised and detail-oriented role within a fast-paced media distribution environment, ideal for someone passionate about TV content and skilled in multitasking and problem-solving.

The preferred candidate will have previous experience working in a Media environment in Film or TV.
