Regional Sales Manager

Are you a self-starting sales professional ready to take charge of a fast-growing territory with massive potential?

We’re working with a cutting-edge retail technology business that’s revolutionising the way independent retailers operate. With an award-winning EPOS solution, a 99% customer retention rate, and a stronghold in the North, they’re now expanding rapidly into London, the South East and beyond and they need a driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the charge.

In this field-based role, you’ll take full ownership of your region, manage your own diary, and work closely with shop owners and convenience retailers. You’ll generate leads, run tailored demos, and close deals with business owners who genuinely benefit from the technology you’re offering.

What you’ll be doing

• Generating new leads through proactive outreach and canvassing

• Following up with warm prospects from the existing national database

• Booking and delivering engaging demos (in-person and online)

• Managing your own sales pipeline and full sales cycle

• Travelling regularly throughout the region while handling admin from home

The ideal candidate

• Has 3–4 years B2B face-to-face sales experience

• Has sold into convenience, independent or owner-led retail environments

• Is highly resilient, organised, and comfortable managing their own schedule

• Is commercially minded and consultative in their sales approach

• Can build rapport and credibility with small family-run businesses
