We’re looking for a Sales Manager with energy, ambition, and a knack for building connections that last. You’ll be joining a fast-growing, internationally recognised media and content business that partners with some of the world’s most influential brands.


In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial growth – uncovering opportunities, forging strategic relationships, and bringing creative media solutions to life. Think of yourself as both a strategist and a deal-maker, blending commercial drive with a passion for innovative storytelling and audience engagement.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new advertiser acquisition across a diverse global portfolio
  • Connecting with senior decision-makers at agencies and brands, turning introductions into long-term partnerships
  • Developing and executing sales strategies that meet – and exceed – revenue targets
  • Crafting compelling pitches and proposals to showcase our products and creative capabilities
  • Keeping a sharp eye on progress, reporting results, and adapting tactics to stay ahead
  • Collaborating with a talented team to respond to briefs with fresh, tailored solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Media advertising industry knowledge (direct sales experience is a plus, but not essential)
  • A proven track record of smashing targets and building meaningful relationships
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and a master multitasker
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and ready to roll up your sleeves


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace tools (Slides, Drive)
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like comScore or similar
