Location: Milton Keynes (preferred) or surrounding areas Team Size: 6–7 Account Executives Team Quota: £3M+ per annum

A leading provider of construction technology solutions is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on selling digital tools to specialist subcontractors — including steelwork fabricators , M&E contractors , and other technical trades.

Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–7 Account Executives across the UK & Ireland Deliver and exceed a team sales quota of approximately £3M per year Create and execute go-to-market plans tailored to niche subcontractor segments Support reps in complex sales cycles, leveraging sector expertise and value-based selling Align with marketing, product, and customer success to drive growth and retention
What We're Looking For Proven experience managing mid-market B2B sales teams (3+ years) Background in construction technology , enterprise software , or technical hardware sales Solid understanding of the subcontractor landscape (e.g., M&E, steel fabrication, structural) Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting ability Confidence leading both remote and field-based teams
