Be organized and have processes and procedures in place.

Embrace targets and push hard to achieve and exceed them.

Lead by example and set the right tone for the office and support/encourage/develop team members.

Oversee and get involved when needed with efficient pipeline turn and complex sales progression, and difficult negotiations.

Update the team about company meetings and new procedures from company directors.
