The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours — directly influencing your earnings. This role allows you to grow your own estate agency in your familiar area, handling prospecting, valuing, and negotiating properties.
Nested supports your efforts with marketing tools like doorknocking, direct mail, flyers, and local advertising, with professional support available at every step.
You will be the primary contact for your clients throughout their journey, supported by a smart selling app and in-house teams.
The role offers a competitive commission structure, starting at 75% and increasing to 100%, rewarding your hard work and skills.
This comprehensive role enables you to run estate agency your way, backed by Nested’s brand and services.
Requirements
- We seek Solihull's top estate agent with 5-10 years of experience in valuing residential properties, winning business, and client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of managing marketing budgets, generating leads, and building local valuation networks.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and excellent work ethic. Self-employment requires proactive effort; your success depends on your activity.
- Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots.
- Alignment with Nested’s values and a customer-centric approach focused on delivering excellent outcomes and experiences.
- Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for building your personal brand is expected.
