We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of a premium footwear and lifestyle business across the UK and European markets.


This is a key commercial role, responsible for developing wholesale partnerships, managing key accounts, and building a strong distribution network across fashion, lifestyle, and department store channels.


It suits a hands-on, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building business, opening markets, and working closely with product and brand teams to deliver results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and lead the go-to-market strategy for the UK and Europe, targeting premium fashion, lifestyle, and department store accounts.
  • Account Management: Manage your own portfolio of wholesale accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all customer and partner relationships.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure new stockists, confidently pitch to buyers, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and manage relationships with agents, distributors, and regional partners to strengthen growth across European territories.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure consistent sell-through and service excellence.
  • Forecasting & Analysis: Forecast and track key sales metrics, analyse results, and identify growth opportunities across markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, product, and marketing teams to align assortments, pricing, and commercial objectives.
  • Market Insight: Provide feedback from the field to refine seasonal ranges and ensure collections align with customer demand.
  • Customer Excellence: Partner with customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow and account support.


Profile & Experience

  • Proven experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle sales, ideally across UK and European markets.
  • Strong background in wholesale, distributor, and key account management.
  • Demonstrated success in opening new markets and building commercial partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management ability.
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe.
