Eclectic Bar Group is excited about our continued growth, which allows us to expand our portfolio. With our expansion plans underway, we are looking to appoint Managers now to ensure smooth operations when new opportunities arise.
As with all successful growth, we need the right people to develop and optimise both new and existing businesses through versatile managerial skills.
We are recruiting for the following roles:
General Managers
Deputy Managers
Sales & Marketing Managers
Trainees
We prefer candidates with a proven track record of sales growth, but above all, we seek individuals who:
Drive standards to excellence
Have a passion for the premium side of the industry
Love music and current lifestyles
Possess a good knowledge of marketing media and social networking
Enjoy premium products, champagne, and cocktails
Have exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills
Depending on the role, candidates should also have knowledge of basic management responsibilities such as P&L control, budgeting, forecasting, cash and banking, and stock management.
