A fast-growing business in the workforce accommodation sector is seeking a personable and driven Sales Development Representative to help convert interest into opportunity. Role Overview


This position serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, turning initial conversations into qualified leads. It’s a relationship-focused role with real commercial impact, offering strong earning potential and career development.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly to inbound leads
  • Generate and nurture new business opportunities
  • Convert qualified leads into clients
  • Maintain a clean, well-managed pipeline
  • Research and prospect potential customers
  • Track engagement and progress across prospects and companies


Success Metrics


  • Consistent achievement of daily outreach targets (calls, emails, contacts)
  • Booking qualified meetings each month
  • Accurate CRM and pipeline reporting

  • Persistent and resilient when facing challenges
