This is an office-based role. The Sales Team work from our Manchester Office 4 days a week, and one day from home

You'll Be Doing We are looking for an additional Sales Manager (SM )to build and lead a high-performing acquisition sales team. As a leader within the department, you will be at the heart of driving sales strategy, performance, development and retention of the team. The SM will be vital in helping to build relationships across the wider teams in London, Brighton, and leading the department to success.

Interview Process:
First stage: 30-minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Telephone call)
Second Stage interview: 60-minute in-person interview with Sales Managers
Final stage: In person interview with Head of sales and People Team
