Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager
to join our high-performing team and lead the acquisition of new clients for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO practice. This role offers the chance to be part of a rapidly expanding business, where you will own the full sales cycle, work alongside world-class consultants, and play a key role in shaping our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO solutions across enterprise markets.
Own the full sales cycle
from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline, leveraging your network and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Partner with solution architects and pre-sales to design tailored client solutions.
Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and Microsoft partner engagements.
Contribute to global growth initiatives and regional sales strategies.
Skills & Experience
Proven track record in ERP or enterprise software sales (Dynamics 365 FO, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, particularly Finance & Operations.
Demonstrable success in managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
Ability to engage C-suite executives and build trusted advisor relationships.
Experience working within or alongside the Microsoft partner network (preferred).
Highly motivated, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
