Position Overview: The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote their solar products and services. This role requires a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the solar industry and excellent sales acumen. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy market. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service. * Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. * Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management. * Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, renewable energy, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of solar energy products, market dynamics, and industry best practices. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. * Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
