Sales Manager – Training SaaS (EMEA Region)

We're seeking a strategic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our SaaS-based aviation security training solutions across EMEA. This high-impact role involves driving business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with aviation authorities, airlines, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted AVSEC training sales strategies
• Engage high-level stakeholders across government and aviation sectors
• Lead bids and proposals aligned with regulatory and funding needs
• Advise regulators on compliance and training integration
• Deliver insights through accurate forecasting and market analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS sales and AVSEC training
• Proven success working with global aviation bodies (e.g., ICAO, CAA, EASA)
• Strong understanding of CBT, screening standards, and compliance solutions
• Experience with government funding and security-sensitive environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field
• Must be eligible for SC clearance and have the right to work in the UK
