Sales Team Manager Yolk Recruitment are working behalf of a leading insurance company to recruit for a Sales Team Manager in Cardiff. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of managing a high performing sales team. You will be working in a fast-paced contact centre environment. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be using your coaching and supporting a team to help them perform at a consistent high level. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8:30am and 8:00pm on a rolling rota shift pattern, to include some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
