The Job Role The experienced proactive sales manager will drive new corporate business for the hotel This role will be reporting into the Group Director of Sales Identify opportunities for new local corporate business through research, cold calling and networking events etc The Sales Manager will be the face of the business during client show-rounds, networking events as well as representing the hotel
The Requirements The proactive sales manager will have previous experience and proven success in a hotel sales role Solid track record of securing new business within the corporate and meetings and events sectors Knowledge and experience of developing and implementing the sales strategy Be able to use initiative and have the ability in negotiating rates to secure new business at all times
