Sales Manager – Lead a High-Performing Tech Sales Team Location: London (Hybrid) Full-time | £90,000–£100,000 base + £50,000–£100,000 OTE + Benefits Are you a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams? We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a team of 3–7 sales professionals, driving growth and building relationships with technical stakeholders across the UK. About the Role: As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a talented team and executing a high-impact sales strategy. You’ll work closely with technical buyers—such as CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and Product Leaders—to deliver tailored solutions that solve real business challenges. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–7 Sales Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets. Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on engaging technical stakeholders. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs and market trends. Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and KPIs, providing actionable insights and coaching. Represent the business at key industry events, client meetings, and strategic presentations. ✅ What We’re Looking For: 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to technical audiences. Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a passion for team development. Strategic thinker with a hands-on, data-driven approach. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
