The realsitic OTE for this role is £40,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves Conduct accurate property valuations for a wide range of property types, including residential, investment, portfolio, and mixed-use properties. Stay updated with market trends, local property values, and economic conditions in the Solihull and surrounding areas to provide clients with informed, evidence-based valuations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including homeowners, investors, solicitors, and developers, ensuring a high standard of service. Prepare comprehensive valuation reports, including detailed market appraisals, condition assessments, and recommendations, in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
