Based at our officesin Exeterwe are currently looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of 5. The main purpose of the job is to:
Set sales targets for your team in line with Company strategy. Monitor and motivate your team to attain targets. Maximise margin opportunities and develop niche positions in the market. Compile and analyse sales figures, and take appropriate actions from your findings. Key Responsibilities will include: Monitor customer volume and margin against plan. Identify market opportunities. Build positive relationships with major customers and potentials.
