Lead from the front - recruit, coach, and inspire your team to consistently smash targets. Drive performance - build a culture of accountability, competitiveness, and constant improvement. Own your numbers - ensure team KPIs and monthly targets are hit (and exceeded). Problem-solve like a pro - handle challenges quickly and professionally.
