As part of our expansion plans, we’re creating two new Regional Sales Manager positions to build on the success of our National Sales team. This role will focus on leading our Service Sales Team in the South of the UK, helping us deliver on our ambitious goals while supporting your team to thrive.

Every day in this role, you’ll make a real impact by:

  • Supporting our Green Journey by embedding sustainable thinking into daily practices.
  • Ensuring your team becomes experts in our full service portfolio, enabling them to support customers at every stage.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through visits and account support.
  • Using our CRM system to streamline processes and provide accurate insights for strategic decisions.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across Sales, Service Leadership, Operations and other Business Lines to drive shared success.
  • Leading by example, creating a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous learning.
  • Organising sales and strategy meetings, training sessions and other events that support our growth objectives.
  • Working with new acquisitions to ensure smooth integration and success.
  • This is a field-based role covering the South of the UK, with some occasional UK and overseas travel.

  • Enjoy variety and travel, with a full UK driving licence.
  • (Bonus) Have experience in the compressed air or rotating equipment industry.
