£45,000-£55,000 – Uncapped Commission

I’m currently working with a well-established Nottingham based SaaS Healthcare business, who are looking for a Sales Manager to join their growing team!
The business provides consultative support & services across various strands of healthcare, with many of their major clients being within the NHS. They have developed a SaaS product aimed at managing data, compliancy and governance across their client base and looking for an experienced Sales guru to lead & scale the platform sales across new and existing markets.

- Main office in Nottingham but outreach is UK based.
- Work with some of the largest Healthcare companies and the NHS.
- Provide variety of services across the Care industry, consultative and technical.
- Have launched a SaaS platform aimed at managing data, compliancy & governance.
- Award-winning business across the industry.
The Role – Sales Manager
- Responsible for driving the end-to-end Sales cycle and wider Sales strategy for the platform.
- This includes market research, lead generation, prospecting & closing deals around the value of £250k.
- Build on existing relationships while targeting NHS trusts and Healthcare companies across the UK.
- Grow the Sales team and eventually build out and lead a team!
- Location: Nottingham office. More office based to begin with and then hybrid.
- Clear progression opportunities to Sales Director.
Requirements
- Salary: £45,000-£55,000 – Uncapped Commission.
- Excellent Sales experience in a SaaS driven Healthcare environment.
- Strong sales record, achieving targets and managing multiple sales cycles.
- Understands Healthcare compliance and governance.
- Confident working with clients, stakeholders across various sectors.
- Open to building a SaaS sales team.
