Their cloud-based platform is trusted by global brands and Fortune 500panies, and they’re now looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand their high-performing sales team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a tech-driven organisation with offices in London, where innovation, collaboration, and career growth are at the heart of everything they do.Your New RoleAs Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of 10 outbound sales professionals, driving performance, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You’ll be hands-on in coaching, recruiting, and motivating your team, while also actively engaging in sales yourself. This is a hybrid role with 4 office-based days and one day remote per week.What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within SaaS or tech
  • A strong track record in team leadership, coaching, and hitting sales targets
  • Fluent English and excellentmunication skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools
  • A hunter mentality with a passion for outbound sales
