OQEMA Limited in the UK, are looking for your support as;
Flavour Ingredients Account Manager (whole of the UK) Full time (37.5 h/week) | Permanent | United Kingdom Office based (Carterton, Oxfordshire), with weekly customer visits
Your impact within the OQEMA Group The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers across the Flavour Industry, with a focus on new business.
Responsibilities The delivery of gross profit and budgeted targets Manage and develop customer accounts, portfolio, and market territories Develop an understanding of the key markets and products within Completion of customer tenders and price quotations Develop, maintain, and convert the sales pipeline Manage and create strong, trusted relationships with customers to maintain, grow and improve profitability Grow existing customer spend and develop the sales product portfolio through range selling Open and develop new trading customers through networking and prospecting Interact with the product management team to identify new product opportunities and co-ordinate product sourcing. Liaise with all relevant OQEMA commercials teams, attend sector training, group meetings and trade shows on a regular basis.
Qualifications 3+ years’ of sales experience within the Flavour/Fragrance industry Product knowledge of aroma chemicals, essential oils and cooling agents Excellent communication and relationship building skills Customer focussed Ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contacts.
