What you’ll be doing Leading, coaching and inspiring a talented sales team to hit ambitious goals Driving growth with exciting new customer wins and keeping existing partners happy Building deep, lasting relationships across the industry Taking the lead on tenders, proposals and major negotiations Owning outbound strategy and keeping the pipeline strong and buzzing Bringing energy, culture and values to every conversation
What they’re looking for Proven sales leadership with a track record of delivering results in coffee, FMCG or hospitality A natural leader who develops, motivates and gets the best from their team Sharp commercial instincts and confidence managing high-value accounts Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up approach ️ Excellent communicator who can build trust with anyone ☕ Genuine love for coffee and the connections it creates
