The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Accountability : Drive brand development by promoting and selling FENIX GROUP aesthetic products and technologies Identify and develop new business opportunities among medical clinics, aesthetic clinics, and beauty centers in UK Targeting current and potential accounts for the company and building relationships with key decision makers Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business Analyze market trends to identify potential clients and expand the company’s footprint Monitor and enhance after-sales performance to maximize client retention and satisfaction Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about status of accounts Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by accounts Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer base Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales Ability to manage and energize a team of at least 4-5 resources in UK (3 in London office), to provide the highest level of customer service to UK accounts before and after sales.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business A track record in B2B sales within the aesthetics industry Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of growing business at National account level Experience in conducting in-person client visits and prospecting activity A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is desirable, particularly in selling devices Self-motivated, target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Hotspot, Pipedrive) Fluency in English, both written and spoken (Native speaker is a plus).
What We Offer : We offer a structured base salary along with performance-based commissions, being eligible for an end-of-year bonus if meeting or exceeding the annual budget.
