We are partnering with a leading building energy management services company to offer an excellent opportunity for a sales manager to join the team to manage and grow existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be from a BMS background with sales experience. Candidates with sales/ account management experience in related industries, and BMS engineers with solid industry knowledge will also be considered.

Responsible for managing existing and developing new business opportunities across Scotland (Based in Glasgow and the Central Belt), identifying new routes to market, and developing a strong pipeline to achieve targets against the ECS business plan. The role focuses on identifying and converting new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and achieving organic growth targets in line with the ECS business plan. Key sales channels include M&E contractors direct end-user business, regional FM companies, management agents within Scotland.
