With headquarters in central London and an additional office in Paris, we work with hundreds of companies each year, helping them take their products and services to some of the world’s most exciting export markets. Acting as the local country office for leading exhibition organisers, we recruit exhibitors, visitors, and connect buyers with sellers — creating business worldwide. About the Role As the Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will support the team with general sales and marketing administration across different sectors and industries — particularly in the preparation of UK and international show visits. What the job involves:
Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date, including data cleaning, uploading, and back-end support Providing administrative and marketing support for international trade show projects Assisting with the preparation and organisation of UK and overseas show visits Supporting sales campaigns and client outreach across a variety of industries Taking a client-facing role by selling for selected smaller international trade shows (via phone, email, and onsite), with the opportunity to progress to larger shows over time Conducting research on industry news, associations, media, and press contacts Exploring innovative ways that AI can support our sales and marketing activities Ensuring the company website remains current and relevant Self‑motivated and performance‑driven, focused on achieving goals and driving commercial success Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently Strong attention to detail, while maintaining awareness of the bigger picture Proactive problem‑solver, approaches challenges with creativity, initiative, and accountability Excellent communication skills, clear, confident, and professional in both verbal and written communication. Knowledge of an additional language (particularly German) would be an advantage Technologically proficient, including: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and/or project management tools, and the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues and learn new systems quickly
