The Role We are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our small, dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to take ownership of our marketing and sales outreach efforts, contributing directly to our business growth. Your primary responsibility is to source and qualify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research new business opportunities and potential clients within our target sectors, such as commercial property and healthcare. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns using our CRM (HubSpot) and other tools. This includes email marketing, social media campaigns, and direct outreach initiatives. Social Media Management: Develop and post engaging content for our social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and showcase our expertise and recent projects. Content Creation: Draft and edit marketing materials, including case studies, blog posts, and service descriptions. Organic Outreach: Utilise various organic methods to connect with prospects and nurture relationships. Data & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports to management on lead generation activities and success metrics.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a sales or marketing role. Experience with a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred) is a big plus. Strong understanding of social media for business, especially LinkedIn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, self-motivated, and organised approach to work. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Experience within the building services, HVAC, or commercial property industry is a plus but not essential.
