Our client, a creative and dynamic Design agency based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, is seeking a proactive Coordinator to support their Sales and Marketing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, sustainably minded agency and play a visible role in supporting a fun, high-achieving team.
The role includes: Supporting the Business Development team with CRM management and tender responses. Preparing proposals, bids, and internal reports. Managing contract administration, ensuring processes are accurate and compliant. Tracking projects and monitoring timelines and deadlines. Assisting with marketing events and conferences. Acting as a key contact for PR agencies, graphic designers, and consultants.
The essentials: Proven experience in a coordination or business support role. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems. Detail-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach. Experience in a design or creative environment is advantageous.
