Candour Talent are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Executive for their client based in Blackwood.
* Location: Blackwood
* Employment Type: Permanent/Full Time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday
* Salary: £30-35k per annum + benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive for our manufacturing client based in Blackwood. This role will assist the team with general sales and marketing activities, with driving business growth and with strengthening B2B customer relationships.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, passionate, and organised, with excellent business acumen and eager to learn.
The Role:
* Assist the sales team with generating leads, maintaining the CRM, and managing the pipeline
* Help plan and deliver email and social media marketing campaigns
* Conduct market and competitor research
* Help with customer presentations, brochures, and proposals
* Support with trade shows and events
* Website updates
* Ensure excellent customer service when responding to incoming enquires
* Provide general administration support to the team
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in a B2B Sales and/or Marketing support role.
* IT proficient - Excel, CRM, Adobe etc.
* Basic website design and build skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
* Qualifications in a related discipline, preferred
