As these two historical businesses have come together, the one common goal remains, and that is ensuring our people succeed.About the role:We are now recruiting for aSales Operations Analyst.This role will report into theSales Operations Managerand will support the commercial teams with analytical, administrative tasks.Role Responsibilities:Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of daily commercial activities and processes, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery.Own the day-to-day completion of SOP-driven commercial tasks, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements.Manage and resolve internal and external queries efficiently, providing clear communication and regular progress updates throughout.Build strong, collaborative relationships with Customer Management teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and an excellent service experience.Experience and Key Attributes:Previous experience in customer service is desired.Strong IT skills both Microsoft office & ERP systems (SAP).Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.Interpersonal skills are essential, with a strong sense of collaboration within a team.Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan ahead and work proactively.Experience working in a shared services environment is desired.Knowledge of customer relationship packages e.g. Kantar is desired.Our commitment to diversity equity & inclusionWe welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences - including those of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, religions, and socioeconomic statuses.
