This is a Fixed Term Contract position for 12 months.

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days a week in our London, Victoria office, in line with company policy.

Responsibilities

PA Consulting is transforming our global sales operations. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Transformation Executive to support the Strategic Operations Manager (SOM) and the wider team, in driving sales behaviour change through our Sales Transformation programme and the Central Support Unit (CSU).

Each workstream within the Sales Transformation programme has its own dedicated leader and team. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing the effectiveness of all these groups.

  • Support to Sales Transformation. Working with the Strategic Operations Manager (SOM), appropriate Partner and CSU leads, to ensure agreed deliverables are being progressed, barriers to progress identified and overcome, and that implementation is undertaken in such a way as to change sales behaviours within PA. Specifically:
  • Lead on PA-wide implementation communications to maximise impact
  • Deliver training workshops, bite size sessions and campaigns in particular in support of Sales Transformation technology change (e.g. Introhive, CRM changes etc.)
  • Overarching support to Sales. Provide ad hoc project management, analysis and materials in support of the overall drive for improved sales, including:
  • Provide support to sales activation, sales campaigns, sector marketing campaigns and account best practice across PA
  • Supporting the SOM with the bid content management programme in preparation for AI bid writing tool implementation
  • Support CRM and Introhive delivery initiatives including requirements gathering, User story creation, stakeholder engagement, delivery and roll out plans
  • Lead on Breakthrough account initiative including account strategy and planning, coaching initiative, rollout and reporting
  • Supporting the organisation and delivery of sales-related bite size training workshops (e.g. bid writing, win themes, commercial models, Relationship masterclasses, CRM enhancements etc.)
  • Supporting the development and delivery of onboarding training for all new CSU recruits
  • Supporting the maintenance of all sales and CSU related SharePoint sites (Bid Manual, Sales Hub. Bidding Excellence, CSU, Bid Writing guides, Sales transformation etc.)
  • Become a super user (with support) on LinkedIn and other sales related platforms to provide best practice advice and guidance to the wider business (as opposed to technical support through Global Service Desk)

Qualifications

About You

You are an experienced sales and account management professional, ideally with a background in supporting sales transformation programmes within large, complex organisations.

You have a proven track record of driving change, delivering training, and supporting technology initiatives such as CRM and sales platforms.

Previous experience working in professional services or consultancy environments is highly desirable.

Key attributes and experience required:

  • People skills – build relationships quickly and deliver impact through those relationships.
  • Knowledge – act as a single point of contact for sales-related knowledge
  • Sales-oriented – Experience of supporting sales and local marketing activities
  • Organised – punctilious and detailed oriented
  • Tech competent – Able to grasp, explain and coach on use of sales technologies
  • Self-starter – working directly with a variety people at all levels, comfortable to define own tasks
  • Proactive – understand the overall objective of the role and manage time and resources to deliver
  • Demonstrable experience in sales activation, account planning, and supporting sales campaigns
  • Skilled in delivering training workshops and creating impactful communications
  • Proficient in using sales technologies, especially CRM systems and platforms like LinkedIn
  • Highly organised, with strong project management and analytical skills
  • Excellent communicator, able to present clearly and adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Experience in managing onboarding and supporting continuous learning initiatives
  • Collaborative and supportive, with a focus on driving best practice and enabling team success
