Job Title: Sales Operations Manager, Indirect Sales

Location: UK - London Hybrid, UK - Remote, or Bodegraven - Netherlands

Your Business Sector: AECO - Architects, Engineers, Construction & Owners

Due to continued growth in our AECO business sector, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Manager, preferably with Indirect, Partner, Channel Sales experience, to join us.

In this role, you will lead sales operations initiatives and build strong stakeholder relationships across Europe. Your focus will be on sales strategy, performance, process improvement, and technology. You will collaborate with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product GMs, and other teams across EMEA and globally. Your responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, improving partner sales processes, and providing data-driven insights to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of annual planning, GTM design, sales quotas, territories, and account alignments globally
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and productivity
• Collaborate with sales leadership to set and meet revenue targets
• Design and manage sales compensation plans and incentives
• Develop sales performance plans with PX
• Monitor and improve KPIs for Account Executives and Managers
• Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports with Sales BI
• Ensure data quality in CRM and sales tools
• Use data to identify insights, risks, opportunities, and recommend strategies

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in sales operations, with experience in indirect/partner and global markets
• Strong background in sales performance management, analytics, and process optimization
• Experience designing sales quotas, territories, and compensation plans
• Excellent process management skills
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Excel, Domo, Tableau
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking skills
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI in sales is a plus
