Key functions include demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, POS and trend analysis, trade spend management and daily monitoring of overall business trends and operational performance. The role involves monitoring real-time business issues, interpreting data and suggesting immediate action plans to address issues or capitalize on opportunities. The role will work with Shark/Ninja internal cross-functional resources and direct account contacts to communicate and act on business issues in a timely manner.The position is based in London, hybrid 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesBecome a leading resource on customer-specific needs and requirements while providing timely communication to both the account and company to meet mutual needs.Pull weekly business reporting documents identifying calls to action or highlights.Coordinate and track sales performance against promotional expectations with a sales analyst and help formulate a future shipment plan based on results.Work closely with customer demand planning teams, the sales director and sales analyst on forecasting, inventory planning, orders, and supply chain management.Input the forecast in our tool SFO and update Data Governance with new additions and updated price lists to SFO.Conduct weekly meetings with customers’ replenishment teams to review results and confirm changes that affected sales positively or negatively.Coordinate customers’ domestic/import orders with supply chain planning and availability dates.Partner with Account Manager team on trade spend management and input confirmed promotional plans into the forecasting system.Coordinate with the extended Target team to build customer presentations, monthly business reviews, weekly flash reports, and monthly consensus decks.Develop working knowledge of the kitchen and floor care business from product and consumer perspectives.Provide monthly financial updates and conduct deep dives into key operational and sales performance metrics.Ad hoc analysis to quickly determine what information/data is required to generate actionable insight.Demonstrate curiosity and a drive to find creative solutions.Your ProfileFluent in English3-5 years of experience in demand planning/supply chain management or business analytics/financial roles within the consumer products industryAbility to draw insights from multiple complex data sets and apply them to decision makingAbility to work in a collaborative team environmentPast operational or sales experience with large retailers preferredStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication, organization, project management and interpersonal skillsAbility to set priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a positive attitudeOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every day.
