About us:

We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist technical consultancy providing bespoke solutions to solve complex operational problems. To support our targeted future growth, we are looking to appoint a Sales Operations Officer to work closely with our Account Management team.

Role Location:

You can work from any of our 6 offices in the UK (including Bristol, Cheltenham & Plymouth) or from home, you decide.

About the Role:

The Sales Operations Officer will play a key role in supporting the sales team in triaging opportunities identified through commercial frameworks. You will drive operational efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing processes that contribute to successful client relationships. Key Responsibilities will Include:

The Fit:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in sales support, operations, business administration, or a similar field. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and an interest in both business operations and technical consultancy.

Due to the industries we work in, we require the successful candidate to be able to obtain high level security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
