Role Overview: Sales & Operations Planning Manager

We are transforming our service delivery—improving efficiency, centralizing scheduling, and employing smarter forecasting. We seek a forward-thinking leader to advance this journey. As a key figure in our logistics team, you will oversee our S&OP process for both bulk and cylinder businesses, collaborating with operational and logistics teams to develop accurate short, medium, and long-term forecasts using datasets from Optitool, including Opti4cast. You will also manage our logistics systems, Touchstar and Optitool, ensuring they support our customer and business needs. This role offers a strategic opportunity to influence how Flogas delivers energy now and in the future.

Candidate Requirements:

• People management skills
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• IT systems knowledge, especially Excel and Access
• Project management experience
• Ability to analyze large data sets to improve business performance
• Understanding of cylinder and bulk gas businesses
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial and business acumen

Technical Skills Needed:

• Forecasting and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems
• Demand and supply planning
• Negotiation skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of how S&OP supports business strategy
