Hours: Full-Time, flexible working
Pay: up to £100 per day + weekly holiday pay
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to work for a well-established pharmaceutical company based in the Solihull area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner as well as providing accurate monthly forecast submissions across the whole business.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Process all incoming orders within the division on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Customer Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to all telephone and email enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Invoice Management:
Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner to ensure smooth financial operations.
KPI Monitoring:
Ensure customer-related KPIs are met, particularly in relation to disputed invoices.
Account Maintenance:
Maintain and update individual account files, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with couriers to track and manage customer deliveries effectively.
Demand Forecasting:
Manage demand forecasting for all products in collaboration with Sales Managers and the Supply Chain team. Skills / Experience Required:...
