The business is a long-established importer and distributor of hardware, based in West Yorkshire. In this role, the apprentice will work with data from systems such as ERP, CRM, and sales reportsusing Excel and other tools to clean, organise, and interpret information. They will produce reports, spot trends, and support decision-making to improve business performance. The role also includes engaging with clients by phone, processing orders, and responding to enquiries. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Data and Business Insights qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job: Collect and analyse data from internal systems, and sales repots to support business operations. Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to clean, organise and interpret datasets, applying techniques like pivot tables, filters and formulas.
